While we make every effort to ensure that our product will meet or exceed expectations, we understand that buying a light fixture can be a very personal thing. So, if you aren’t happy with your fixture, email or call so we can send you a link to print a return label and return your fixture for free. Please send the fixture back using the following steps, and let us know how we can better assist you. You have 7 days from delivery to contact us that you will be returning or exchanging your fixture.
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 308.440.0980 to let us know the product is coming back.
- We’d also love to know what went wrong, or if it just does not fit with your vision.
- Carefully repack the item – it must be returned in its original undamaged state.
- Attach your return label to the shipping box. Return shipping is absolutely free.
- Drop off your package at any authorized FedEx shipping center. Please take care to take it into the store and not drop it off in a drop box.
- Once we receive the box and process the return, you will be refunded in full.
Love the fixture but the color or size isn’t quite what you imagined? Call or email us at email@example.com or 308-440-0980 within 7 days of delivery, and we can help you find the right solution. We can either send you a sample kit so that you can have all the colors and finishes at your fingertips, or we can send out the color or size you know you want right away. The shipping is entirely free for the new item and the return item.
